Phil is a director of Abavus Ltd. He leads all customer support and training activity across the business. Phil works with Abavus clients to ensure that their adoption and usage of the My Council Services platform runs smoothly and is successful in both the short and the long term. Phil has extensive experience and expertise in the public sector. For over 35 years he was responsible for supervising, managing and developing staff in challenging environments. Phil has also designed and implemented training curricula in large, high profile organisations both in the UK and abroad. Customer support and training are fundamental areas of the Abavus organisation. Phil believes both activities are vital to help customers achieve the full potential of technology-based solutions in terms of increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.
