With 20+ years of senior level public sector experience, Darren works with clients to ensure that the technology and services they have acquired fully meet their business needs.
Mark has 20 year’s experience designing and developing IT solutions for public and private sectors clients. The My Council Services platform that is exclusively used across the Abavus customer group is Mark’s creation.
Nicki has many years experience of implementing and supporting large and complex IT projects in a local authority setting, ensuring the the smooth introduction of services into operational use.
Tracy ensures that the administrative processes necessary to run a successful and growing enterprise are in place and operate in a systematic, legally compliant and business-focused manner.
Jack works closely with the Operations Director. With over seven years of experience working with Abavus, he is responsible for the planning, creation, and successful delivery of sales and marketing activities.
Spencer has 23 years local government experience as a field officer, system administrator, manager and IT consultant, enabling him to successfully deliver projects including system implementations and mobile working solutions.
Joe has achieved several industry-recognised qualifications in IT. With over four years of experience working with Abavus in customer-facing roles, Joe now provides technical project consultancy for clients.
A graduate of our IT apprenticeship programme, Shem is a key member of our project management and client training team, bringing a wealth of technology experience from other business sectors.
Alfie is an Abavus IT apprentice. With four years of Abavus experience, he supports our customer service and consultancy teams to keep client projects running smoothly.
Ben is an Abavus IT apprentice. He brings sound customer service skills and IT knowledge to the Abavus support team, with a keen interest in technical system areas.
