What is the My Council Services Waste Module?
The My Council Services Waste and Recycling Module enables councils to configure and manage all aspects of the refuse and waste management process, both domestic and trade, from setting up contracts and managing payments (if required) through to integrating and fully automating the addition of collections to rounds in order to manage the waste collection process.

Automates the process of dealing with missed collections - customers can only report a missed collection if the refuse is marked as collected, so they can't report as missing collections that simply haven't happened yet
Allows customers to create a waste and recycling contract with auto payment and renewal facilities, reducing the administrative burden on council staff and improving the customer experience
If customers don't have the correct bins e.g. green garden waste then they can't report a missed bin collection for that type of bin
Notify customers when rounds are changed or cancelled by text, email, call or push notification via the waste collection app
Remind customers to put their bins out the night before their collection is due
