Abavus annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

The CAB is a one day conference exclusively for current customers of the My Council Services platform. The CAB is a valuable opportunity for you to meet other local authority subscribers to the My Council Services platform and share ideas and best practice with them.
As a CAB attendee you’ll also be the first to hear about new developments that we’re planning for the My Council Services platform. The meeting is also a chance for us to get feedback from our most valued customers that we can then incorporate into our future plans for My Council Services. It’s always an enlightening and inspiring day and we very much hope that you will be able to join us.
What are the key benefits of attending?
- You’ll get an overview of the product and feature development roadmap for My Council Services and be the first to learn about new features that we’re planning for future versions.
- Other local authority users will explain how they’re using My Council Services for successful transformation activity and you’ll have an opportunity to share and disseminate best practice with the other delegates.
- You’ll be able to feedback to the Abavus development team on your experience of using the My Council Services platform and thus influence the way in which the platform is developed in the future.
- You’ll be able to meet the Abavus development teams in order to learn more about how your council can leverage the most from its use of the My Council Services platform.

Attendance at the Customer Advisory Board is free and refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day. If you decide to stay overnight in Birmingham prior to the event then we’d be delighted if you would join us for an informal supper. Accommodation is not provided by Abavus.
