Critical to the success of the Abavus technology deployed is feedback from the customer base who use the products.
The Abavus technology is constantly being updated, developed and enhanced. Our clients play a crucial role in helping to define the future strategy and development of the technology. As a subscribed customer your organisation will have a voice in the product development process through membership of the Customer Advisory Board.
The CAB meets every six months and has now been running for 6 years. During these meetings customers provide feedback directly to the research and development function.
At these events are the chief Solution Architects responsible for the development roadmaps of the product sets.
